UPDATE: Monday 23rd of March
Dear State Swim Customers
The Covid-19 (Coronavirus) implications have worsened over the weekend and whilst it is important to maintain as much normality as possible, particularly where children are involved, the health of the community has to be everyone’s top priority.
It is with great disappointment and much sadness that as of 12noon on Monday 23rd March 2020, all State Swim Swimming Schools programs will be suspended.
We will provide updates to all of our customers as the situation continues to change.
Please note: You do not need to do anything about your current booking.
State Swim will hold your families current day and time. NO FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL WE RESUME. Our centres will have a staff member on during restricted hours should you have any additional queries. For customers who have one remaining lesson this week, a make up voucher will be credited to your account for use when our programs resume. Additionally, when our programs resume, all make up lessons on your families account will be extended for 6 months from that date. We want to make sure your family don’t miss out on any of their lessons and when it’s time to start back we will be here for you.
In the meantime, we will continue to monitor and act according to the Federal and State governments advice, and the suspension of our programs will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone in the community and we look forward to bouncing back as quickly as possible.
We look forward to providing your families Aquatic Education into the future.
Stay safe and healthy.
State Swim Team.
