OPERATIONS MANAGER Canning Vale Swimming School

Meet the management team at Canning Vale! 

Chase, Todd and Brittany are the management team at State Swim Canning Vale. They all took some time out of their busy schedules to answer a few questions for us: 

Chase – Operations Manager

1) When did you start working for State Swim?

I started working at State Swim in July 2015.

2) Favourite swimming related memory? 

Watching my daughter Felicity's first lesson in Waterbabies

3) Why State Swim? 

I feel that State Swim is the premier aquatic educator in the country and I like to be a part of the best.

4) Three words to describe your job?

Exciting, Challenging, Rewarding

5) Something not many people know about you? 

I have filmed an amateur wild life documentary in Borneo.

 

Todd – Head Coach 

1) When did you start working for State Swim?

I started working at State Swim in June 2011.

2) Proudest moment at State Swim? 

Representing WA at the school games in Canberra against the rest of Australia, Fiji, China and New Zealand.

3) Favourite swimming related memory? 

Winning my first State Gold.

4) Why State Swim? 

I thought it would be good to work for State Swim as I had a passion for swimming.

5) Three words to describe your job?

I Love Coaching

6) Something not many people know about you? 

I am left handed.

7) Who would you like to be for a day?

Either Valentino Rossi, Michael Phelps or Ken Block.

 

Brittany – Assistant Manager

1) When did you start working for State Swim?

I started working for State Swim in January 2012.

2) Proudest moment at State Swim? 

Watching the Kindergarten classes swim independently.

3) Favourite swimming related memory? 

Swimming at National Level.

4) Why State Swim? 

I enjoy working with children in a sporting environment. 

5) Three words to describe your job?

Rewarding, Challenging, Family

6) Something not many people know about you? 

I’m an open book.

7) Who would you like to be for a day?
