Make-Up Vouchers

Never Miss a Lesson With Our Make-Up Vouchers

At State Swim, we understand that life is sometimes hard to plan – especially with children. Our Make-Up Vouchers* are issued if a lesson cannot be attended when you're enrolled with a regular booking. These vouchers* can be used in any month that there is an existing booking and expire three months after their accrual date.

To qualify for a Make-Up Voucher*, notice of absence must be provided prior to the lesson beginning. This can be provided via SMS, email or through Account Manager in our online booking system.

Make-up Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, however they can be transferred between swimmers within the same family.
